Quality is our number one priority and because of that high-quality inspection equipment
and routine calibration are a must.
Most inspections can be performed using hand tools that allow for measuring features while the part is still set up for machining. This allows for adjustments and compensations to assure the part is correct right on the first run. “Final” inspection is performed using a Coordinate Measuring Machine that will automatically measure points on each component assuring 100% conformance.
Having advanced modern inspection equipment allows us to hold tolerances up to +/- .01mm. Because of this, we can assure that assemblies will accurately and effortlessly fit together. We regularly provide customers with first article inspection reports (FAI). In addition, we can provide material certifications and trace-ability back to the foundry that poured the molten metal.
Our policies and procedures are written to ISO9001:2015 standards and we are aggressively working towards AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 certifications which will allow us to manufacture critical aerospace components and much more.
